Our Philosophy
At Zion Lutheran Daycare, we believe every child is a precious gift with unique abilities, curiosity, and potential. As an Idaho State Health and Welfare licensed facility, we proudly maintain all required health, safety, and child-to-teacher ratio standards. For our youngest learners, we provide an even higher level of care with a lower infant-to-teacher ratio, ensuring they receive the attention, comfort, and nurturing they need during their earliest years.
We believe children learn best through meaningful play, exploration, and positive relationships. Our classrooms balance teacher-guided activities with opportunities for children to follow their curiosity, build independence, and develop confidence.
As children grow, our program introduces engaging preschool experiences including art, Bible stories, music, movement, and foundational academic skills. Through these activities, we help children strengthen their social, emotional, and cognitive development while building the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.
Our goal is to provide a loving, faith-filled environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and prepared for a lifetime of learning.
Our mission is to foster a love of learning in your little ones in a faith filled, nurturing environment.
Zion Lutheran Daycare is a non-profit facility that is located inside Zion Lutheran Church.
